Burrard Generating Station was a natural gas-fired station built by BC Electric, owned by BC Hydro since 1961, located in Port Moody, British Columbia, Canada.
The Watched : EPS Tankers' "oil products tanker" named 'Atlantic Blue' recently departed Vancouver and has turned west into the Strait of Juan de Fuca, off Victoria, BC. Destination is Lianyungang, China.
Watcher 1 : SST tugboat (possibly 'SST Salish') is, as per regulations, fastened by a tow-cable to the rear of 'Atlantic Blue' in case of emergency; engine failure, fire, steering malfunction etc.
