Amethyst Earrings by River and Birch

Pinkish-purple faceted drops of Rose de France amethyst are simply wrapped in sterling silver wire. They dangle from my handmade silver earwires. They are petite and lightweight – comfortable enough for everyday, but sparkly enough for a special occasion. Amethyst is the birthstone of February.

Faerie Earrings by River and Birch

Sweet, pale pink faceted drops of rose quartz are wrapped in sterling silver and drop down beneath small handmade argentium sterling silver hoops. Their petite size makes them easy to wear with just about any outfit and their pastel color makes them the best go-to earrings with a little sparkle.

Red Grapes Earrings by River and Birch

Clusters of three faceted garnet teardrops, each wrapped in sterling silver wire, dangle from twisted sterling silver rings beneath my handmade argentium sterling silver earwires. The garnets are a deep purplish red and sparkle as they move freely on the rings. These petite earrings would make a lovely treat for the January baby.

Aquifer Earrings by River and Birch

Faceted teardrops of sky blue topaz are wrapped in sterling silver wire and are suspended from twisted long and short sterling silver chain. The look is finished with my handmade argentium sterling silver earwires. The result: uncomplicated, glamorous drop earrings that swing and scintillate in the light.

City Lights Earrings by River and Birch

Trios of smoky lemon quartz are wire wrapped in sterling silver and are attached to varying lengths of sterling silver chain. They move independently of one another, so there is plenty of movement and lots of opportunity to show off their near-perfect faceting. They put on quite the light show! They are finished up with my handmade earrings in argentium sterling sivler. The neutral color is not quite as dark as smoky quartz, more of a taupe with a hint of lemon. These will go with just about any color palette and are fun for dressing up or down.

The pairs hang from my handmade sterling silver earwires for a look that is simple and modern, yet feminine. Moonbeams Earrings by River and Birch

Eight flashy little faceted moonstone briolettes, wrapped in sterling silver wire, fall where they may around larger smooth briolettes of moonstone. They all fall into the valley of my handmade oval earwires. The look can be casual or dressy – the clear stones will go with just about anything! Moonstone is an alternative birthstone for June.

Pagoda Earrings by River and Birch

Tonal greens will grab the eye, especially a stone that is so deeply saturated as chrome diopside. Each faceted teardrop is topped with a micro faceted rondelle of peridot. Deeper and warmer green than emerald, with much more depth of color, this striking gemstone is mined only in Russia for a short portion of the year due to the extreme temperatures of the climate. It is paired with expertly checkerboard faceted peridot briolettes that are clear and bright. Each stone is wrapped in sterling silver wire that has been oxidized and buffed to a deep gray. Oxidized sterling silver chain connects the hammered sterling silver bows to my handmade sterling silver earwires to complete the look. Sure to please the adventurous August baby or the lover of green, they are lightweight and comfortable enough to become her favorite pair!

Greenery Earrings by River and Birch

Interesting spikes of deep green jut throughout the soft frosty green faceted briolettes of prehnite. Each is wire wrapped in sterling silver onto a ring of pure, recycled silver formed using PMC, which has been lightly hammered for texture and shine. The petite earrings are completed with my handmade sterling silver earwires. Because of their lightweight comfort, soft color and somewhat understated look, these are perfect everyday earrings!

Island Breeze Necklace by River and Birch

A lively rainbow moonstone boasting flashes of iridescent blue sparkles atop a twisted sterling ring. Below hangs a brilliant blue opal in a generous size. The long sterling silver saturn cable chain, with its tiny spheres of silver throughout the chain, add interest and a little added sparkle to the look. It closes with one of my handmade sterling silver clasps and two tiny white freshwater pearls. With its long chain and beachy style, it would pair perfectly with that new sundress for dinner or a white tee for tropical drinks with your girlfriends.
