A set of 2800 class railcars stabled in Dundalk (Clarke) prior to operating the Monday morning service to Dublin. Two rakes of MKIII carriages also stored here.

2719/22 stands outside Cork Shed after being transfered from Limerick, hauled by 2813/14. GM 234 can be seen at the back as the Cork thunderbird loco.

2803/04 departs Midleton with the 1745hrs commuter service to Cork. For the duration of the low rail adhesion season ("leaves on the line"), three 2800 class railcars will be based in Cork as these have sandboxes. The 2600 class railcars do not have any sandboxes.
On this date, the following 28's are in Cork: 2801/02, 2803/04 and 2809/10.
