After the rainy season ends, it is crucial to be very cautious about heatstroke. Every summer, it is the hardest time of the year. Right after the end of the rainy season in July 2022, I had to endure extreme conditions at home with intense heat and harsh family dynamics.

I call📞🚑even to prepare for an #emergency hospital visit, but after just an hour of IV treatment, I was sent back home, still unwell. For a #month , I returned to the #harsh conditions at home with no way to rest properly.

This summer, I'm #struggling with heatstroke #again , lacking the energy to cope and finding it very #hardtolive . I’m raising awareness about this issue because heatstroke is frightening and can lead to lasting effects. Every #summer , I face these challenges #due to inadequate #nutrition , lack of sleep, and a constantly hot environment.

Except for jobs that require sunshine. I'm going to die The heat lasts for more than a month #Ambulance alert 🚑 is also strictly refused depending on the case you can't come right away. Let it go, #death is approaching. Busy I'm running every day 💨 Therefore, the members are also irritated, so It's hard for patients.

I can't understand why people are happy about the end of the rainy season when the intense heat lasts for over a month. I wish for some compassion and #understanding of the difficulties faced during this time, and #hope for a #change to a more supportive and comfortable environment.

…気象庁によりますと、18日の関東甲信は高気圧に覆われ、広い範囲で晴れました。
この先１週間も晴れる日が多い見込みで、気象庁は１８日午前、「関東甲信が梅雨明けしたとみられる」と発表しました。
関東甲信の梅雨明けは、平年と比べて１日、去年と比べて４日、それぞれ早くなっています。
18日は各地で気温が上がり、日中の最高気温は長野県飯田市南信濃で36.1度、甲府市で35.5度と猛暑日となったほか、さいたま市で34.5度、東京の都心で33.4度、前橋市で33.3度、千葉市で33.2度、横浜市で32.8度、長野市で32.2度などと厳しい暑さとなりました。
関東甲信は、19日も引き続き高気圧に覆われて晴れる見込みで、日中の最高気温は東京の都心やさいたま市、水戸市で33度、横浜市や千葉市、宇都宮市、甲府市で32度、長野市で30度などと予想されています。
また1週間程度は最高気温が35度以上の猛暑日となるところがある見込みで、熱中症に警戒してください。」
