The sign tell you the it is forbidden to walk in the river complex ( probably because of the risk of fast floods at specific seasond )

…it is so Vienna, an empty shop, bar or cafè obviously being renovated…
Why not of cause let an artist paint on the window, that is one thing I loved about Vienna… the small (or big) surprises one would get just walking about…
This photo was snapped somewhere close to the Kettenbrücke station, somewhere in the small streets around there, the year would probably be 2009 because I think we lived on Margareten then!!!
