Female Gray-headed Lovebird, Grey-headed Lovebird, Agapornis canus ablectaneus, 15 cm. / 5.9 in. COMMON. Favors dry open habitats including spiny desert, forest clearings, sparsely wooded areas and savanna. Gregarious flocks of these lovebirds accompanied us along a trail. Handheld.
