Some days I like to piece together a lunch rather than make an officially-recognized item. Today we have a Triscuit cracker; jalapeno marble cheese; a gherkin pickle (pronounced "jerkin"); Vienna sausages; a banana chocolate chip muffin made by my wife, and a dish of All Bran.
Protein, fiber, carbs, flavor, and [un]healthy fat. Not to mention sodium.
I'm eating this before I exercise, so that's my justification for eating a fair bit of sodium here.
And I eat a lot less sodium than some other people, so this is acceptable.
