S/S Sundsborg was builded in England, Whitby in T.Turnbull & sons shipyard at 1877. Ship was launched as Golden Grove. After several ownerships, ship was sold and renamed to Sunsborg in 1919.
S/S Sundsborg ran aground and was wrecked at 1.5.1929. Crew was rescued. Ship was located in Porkkala, Gulf of Finland at 1999.
Ship dimensions are 77m x 10,3m x 5,82m and tonnage 1455 grt. This single screw ship have one 2 cylinder compound steam engine with 520 hp.
