Cayo Costa State Park, Florida
More sea life from the beaches of Sanibel Island. I don't know what his official name is but he looks spotted to me ;-). Again, this is from our trip to Florida last year - I was in my glory with all the interesting sea life at low tide on the beaches. Every morning I was up at sunrise exploring - the last day was the best with the full moon pulling the tide way out and unveiling all this interesting treasure.
Just looked this up and apparently it is a Leopard Crab. I suppose his spots are rather leopard like :-).

Each time I find something cool like this I want to pick it up and take it home. However, if I did this for as many times as I was tempted with the thought, I'd have one massive Smithsonian of Sara's Stuff!
