AMAZING.. the only bong I had ever seen before was made from a soft drink bottle and a piece of garden hose stuck in the side…
Made up some Scalloped potatoes for dinner. I had a wedge of Swiss cheese, some bacon and Chicken stock, so I substituted them for a sharper cheese, ham steak and Milk, Heavy cream or Half & half. One thing to note, using baby Russet potatoes, you seriously need to par boil the sliced potatoes (I learned the hard way.. having to bake the whole thing more than 3 times the usual time to get the potatoes softened).
Also picked up two small Ham steaks and frozen Brussel sprouts to go with them. Had some leftovers the next day.
