Made up some Scalloped potatoes for dinner. I had a wedge of Swiss cheese, some bacon and Chicken stock, so I substituted them for a sharper cheese, ham steak and Milk, Heavy cream or Half & half. One thing to note, using baby Russet potatoes, you seriously need to par boil the sliced potatoes (I learned the hard way.. having to bake the whole thing more than 3 times the usual time to get the potatoes softened).
Also picked up two small Ham steaks and frozen Brussel sprouts to go with them. Had some leftovers the next day.

Black Angus mushroom Swiss burger with sauteed mushrooms and pickles on a brioche bun.
With Swiss cheese, mushrooms, pickles, and mayo.
Turkey, Swiss cheese, lettuce and horseradish sauce on marble rye. Also, an avocado.
A healthy lunch.
Leftover sauerkraut with homemade Russian dressing, ham, turkey on toasted rye bread. Delicious!
With avocado and Swiss cheese, and some horseradish sauce underneath it all.
Delicious Baloney Sandwich's with grilled onions, mushrooms, green peppers, Swiss cheese and of course some mayonnaise
Krakus Polish ham and Swiss cheese warmed up and served on toasted rye with horseradish sauce and capers.
