Taken on a cheap and cheerful camera my brother picked up from a charity shop for me for £2! It was fun to use and got some interesting results 😊

1960 EMD F9a, ex-CNW 6501a (F7), sitting in Markham yard.

EMD used this unit for testing purposes for two decades. It would last see use in the mid-1980s. No. 462 was sold to Midwest Metalics (e.g., Pielet Bros.) for scrap, but was not cut up until 1998.

First film (expired 2003!) processed from a new (to me, but old!) 90s Boots/Ricoh camera. Love the results! 😊️

To say that the unused roll of film had been in the camera for over 20 years the results were fab.

Built 1916 and rebuilt 1964. Spanning Abiqua Creek in rural Marion County, Oregon. According to the interpretive sign, "With gallon jars of prohibition era liquor sold nearby, area residents referred to the bridge as the "Gallon House."
