I visited the Special Exhibition hosted by deYoung Museum in Golden Gate Park. Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (the organizer of the exhibition) adds a few interesting comparative photos of contemporary artists vis-a-vis with seminal works of Ansel Adams. I also attended the contemporary artists panel event, which included guest speakers Binh Danh, Meghann Riepenhoff, and Lucas Foglia, discussing their work process, facilitated by Karen Haas. This photo I am showing here is a double-exposure of the aforementioned event before I post the film photos I shot that day (plus Creek Trail photos done in Villa Montalvo). Hopefully those photos come out alright. Digital double-exposure. Using Ansel Adams's pre-visualization technique, it is done digitally in-camera, but not Photoshopped, as 99% of my work. I did apply RNI Ilford Delta 800 film simulation and -2/3 stop of exposure and slightly decreased contrast for that pulled film look. @deyoungmuseum #AnselingOutdoors
