Vehicles are parked and driving along a wet street lined with historic brick buildings in a small town. A cloudy sky looms over the scene, adding a moody atmosphere to the quiet streetscape.

This image perhaps a little closer to yesterday's photo than I'd like (I prefer to mix up the PAD entries a little), but sometimes you just have to go with what circumstances provide.
I don't mind rain. I even like rain. But I prefer a nice cool, soaking rain, not the steam-injection drizzle that we've had along with warm (though admittedly not hot) temperatures for the last week or two. Today's forecast is for actual "rain periods" rather than the "showers" that we've had for the last too many days to count, and are forecast to have again (except for Wednesday) for the next week.
However.
I've seen this intersection before. In the early morning light it has a somewhat lonely atmosphere, emphasised, I think, by the sodium street light on the left. Throw in the rainwater, and... this is what you get.
