The aforementioned jumble of buildings to the left.
As you can see, this part of downtown is looking especially dense with high-rise buildings -- the quick result of increases in height limits in the area in recent years. In this shot alone, there are no fewer than six high-rises clearly visible that either are currently under construction or have been constructed within the past five years, and ten that have been built within the past eight years.
The broad side of 1700 Seventh Avenue -- where apparently 2000 Nordstrom employees work -- which we only stopped and looked at briefly.
