Canon Speedlite 430EX vs Canon Speedlite 90EX

The 430EX is a mighty flash but not the sort of thing you can slip in your camera case.
The 90EX is less powerful than built in flashes like that of my 40D but its able to be with you when you weren't expecting to need a flash!
