We have some action in the nest with a big yawn from the biggest of the three while the youngest one is still a bit reluctant to wake up .
Now , what does a young darter want first thing in the morning ...

Seven a.m. at the river and the darters are still tucked in after a nice and warm night . Dad is looking after the three young ones while Mum has gone for an early morning fishing session .The other two nests are still very quiet and so far we have not seen any signs of chicks .
