Seagull on the roof (misnomer).

This photo was taken in Lorn Street, Birkenhead.

A misnomer used as a business name, have you found it?

The street is a dead-end with a car-park that runs parallel with the railway line, to the left.

"Blight on the neighbourhood"

Location: Birkenhead Docks, adjacent to Tower Road. There is quite a lot of investment in this area and it's a pity to see things like this amongst them but if you need a mattress this is the place for you.

kit used: Nikon D7100 & Nikkor 18-55mm lens.

18th Wirral Bus and Tram Show. Sunday 4th October 2015. Liverpool 762

Built 1930, 762 was one of 12 bogie cars equipped with English Electric mono motor trucks. Not totally successful and probably too far ahead of their time 762 was equipped with EMB Lightweight 2 trucks in 1938 and ran in service until withdrawn in 1955 when the lower deck was used as a bowling green shelter in Newsham Park from where it was rescued by the MTPS and rebuilt.
