75th Birthday card

Father-in-law Birthday Card

My father in law likes bird watching and doing wood carving of birds so I had to make him a birthday card with a bird. Colored with Copics, Distress ink in the bg and may have went a little crazy with the gold paint splatters! TFL!

Autumn leaf by ScrappinBari (Linda W)

Autumn leaf

Another card for Arlene's Scramble quickcard95. I was inspired by the maple leaf Scramble cards Arlene, Lin and Betty posted while I worked on my first card. So off I went for a second Scramble. I cut just the maple leaf from Hero Arts set Autumn Leaves for the Silhouette. Burnished it with Barn Door and Gathered Twigs Distress Inks then overstamped with the Envelope Liner. Then misted with some gold perfect pearl water (very subtle).

Happy Birthday Scramble91

Card for Cat's Scramble with a photo inspiration. Just loved the blue bag with white flowers and pink lining, plus there was a side package that had some green in it. So I focused on white embossing on a cerulean card, then decided to put a panel over top with a circle window. Fun Scramble, Cat!

Trio of ATCs for Jutta by ScrappinBari (Linda W)

Trio of ATCs for Jutta

Trio of ATCs I sent to Jutta for the ATC Swap Heather organized. Jutta just let me know she finally received them!

We had suggested themes of butterflies, flowers, friendship - to name a few. I just did my usual thing - went where the spirit moved me so I definitely didn't have a coordinating set like Jutta did. This was great fun - thanks to Heather for organizing and to Jutta for the beauties she sent me. TFL!

Hero Arts:
Hello Lily ATC - CG461 Envelope Liner Background, CL574 Say it All
The lily die is by Die-namite "Lily of the Valley" that I cut on water color paper and colored with Distress Markers, then added stickles.

Butterfly Friends ATC - # 657851 Bold Pop Designs, CL606 Be Happy
The ATC base is a piece of Celadon layering paper that I dry embossed with DI089 Triangle Background die using the method Kelly shared on the Blog - see it here. I just love how it turned out.

Dragonfly Journey ATC - # 657774 Fern and Hummingbird (dragonflies), K4886 Card Art Journey
I inked a linen ATC with Distress Stains, then stamped the collage stamp. I had inked it with Picket Fence Distress Paint but, oops, there was some Archival Plum on there! I ended up liking it.
