Have you ever noticed how bright and beautifully yellow the yolk of an organic, straight from the farm egg really is? And it sure tastes amazing. Yum!

Colleague's choice of pasta and chef have kept close to the traditional recipe with fatty cured pork, hard cheese, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Compared to the many versions on the market drowning in cream (traditional Carbonara does not use cream!), this delivery was lighter and more savoury....and as a person who dislike the many creamy Carbonaras out there, a surprised tastier encounter.
