I am fairly versatile when it comes to blogging, but creating fantasy characters happens to be one of the things I enjoy most. Monsters are particularly fun but being acknowledged with a group cover in a group full of monsters and babes, by someone I admire like this... AMAZING FEELING!!!! Thank you so much!!!
I love to try new things and taking pictures of objects without my avatar in can be a bit daunting for me... So having a picture like this chosen as a group cover means a LOT!!!

Day 50/365; Week 8 Theme: Hobby (Feb 17 – Feb 23)
Flickr Lounge: photographer's choice
I was driving and saw the shapes of two hawks. I pulled over and rolled down my passenger window but only saw one hawk. I took a few photos but was puzzled why I thought I saw two, then rewound my memory and knew for sure I'd seen two. So I pulled forward a foot or two and saw the second hawk, and managed one good photo (and a few that weren't good) before one hawk flew away.
I've often seen red-tailed hawks snuggled up this close (though I've never managed a good photo), but this is the best sighting I've had of two red-shouldered hawks. Cover photo for 365: the 2025 edition in February.

An old fashioned sweet shop and there is going to be lots of sweet stuff in there.
