Looking south-southwest over Colorado, Front Range lenticular clouds put on a spectacular show over Cheyenne, Wyoming. Colors are natural.

Looking west ~30 minutes after sunset. Red on horizon is the result of western fires (mostly over Idaho). This wide field view covers 121 degrees and depicts the earth's shadow as a somewhat delineated line between day and night.

Although storms have been few and far between, colorful sunrises and sunsets have highlighted this week's skies as the summer monsoon slowly ends for the year.

I had a similar thought to George and have used the wood burner again! All because We're Here and are looking out for colours that are hot and colours that are not.
Tripod-mounted and remote-triggered in a rather warm Pembrokeshire living room. 16:9 crop and the ice has been blueified and chopped in from another layer. Enough PS drama to claim an HSS!?!
