International Air Response Lockheed C-130A N133HP, c/n 182-3189, Tanker 133. Online sources indicate that the N133HP registration was canceled in 2018.
This aircraft was originally procured as C-130A 57-482. For many years, it was operated by the now-defunct Hawkins & Powers company, last based in Greybull, Wyoming. I photographed this aircraft at Greybull in 1998: See:
