A second drone shot to go with the one I posted a couple of days ago. Together they make a diptych of a sorts.
When Revell released their big 1/24 scale Mandalorian N-1 starfighter in late 2023 I bought one. I had idea of building a second version of the white "Royal Guardsman" model I built in 2022.
If you know the Mandalorian N-1 and compare it to this you'll notice that this is different. I closed almost all the panel openings on the hull and painted it white. It took some time to figure out how to do some of those changes, most notably how to omit the third engine as the stock fighters didn't have one. I procrastinated over it for a long time and really got to start this in late November last year. There are several lights in the model, including the eyes of that astromech droid. I wanted this to look as real as I could. To sum it up, this took some time and some oopsies but I can now call it finished.
I hope to take some proper photographs of it soon.
