The aircraft was built in 1989 and was originally delivered as G-BPKD to Air Europe on 26-5-1989.
Next to operate the aircraft was Markair as N691MA - They took delivery on 23-3-1992.
Jet Airways were next to operate the aircraft as VT-JAJ - They took delivery on 15-7-1996.
It was later delivered as VT-SII to Sahara India Airlines on 10-12-1999. It was withdrawn from service and returned to the leasing company (Hanway Corp.) as N756BC on 7-2-2003.
Air Sahara were next to operate the aircraft as VT-SIY - They took delivery on 21-5-2003.
Futura International were the next operators of the aircraft - they took delivery as EC-JHX on 1-5-2005.
Transaero took delivery as EI-DNM on 1-3-2006. It was withdrawn from service after Transaero ceased operations on 26-10-2015 and scrapped in May of 2019.
