La Kozy Mansion-s pristine white jharokha-and-jaali facade. Mr. Baboolal Dalal, a cotton broker who commissioned skilled Rajasthani karigars to sculpt the building.
La Kozy was built in 1891 by Dr Acacio Gabriel Viegas a good doctor & BMC-s first Christian president but later acquired and rebuilt by Mr. Baboolal Dalal in 1924.
