I made this photo of a white rose with a couple of rosebuds as Melody and I were walking back to our car after an appointment just south of the Mission District in San Francisco. These flowers were more dramatic with the darker background where they were growing in the shade. I lightened up the image a bit to better see the flowers. Shot with my Canon Powershot SX50, using a custom preset setting for close ups.
