Diese (Angel Trains) BR 185 527 konnte ich 2005 zum ersten Mal in der Schweiz fotografieren, als sie noch für TXL unterwegs war. Umso mehr freute ich mich, dass ich hier nach 17 Jahren zum ersten Mal eine Nachtaufnahme einer solchen Maschine durchführen konnte. Nach erfolgtem Lokpersonalwechsel wartet Zug 43511 auf die Weiterfahrt Richtung Süden (Spiez, Dezember 2022).

Morning rush hour sees 4 tracks occupied in the station just outside Sofia.
To the left, DB Cargo 86 017 loaned to BDZ PP leaves eastwards with train 1611 to Svilengrad. In the centre locomotive 86 006 of Bulmarket is a banker on freight train 80596 to Kurilo. Rightmost is BDZ Cargo 43 511 which is the helper machine in the section Elin Pelin - Vakarel - Septemvri and waits for freight train 80623 to arrive.
BDZ Passengers is also present on the track between 86 017 and 86 006 with fast train 1622 waiting for a crossing with train 1611 before continuing on to Sofia.
Locomotive 43 511 is seen working a ballast hoppers train for the Bulgarian National Railway Infrastructure Company to be unloaded in the section Kurilo - Rebrovo on the line Sofia - Mezdra.

The daily service from Sofia to Bucharest is running on time in some serious heat in northern Bulgaria hauled by the battered freight horse of BDZ Cargo locomotive 43 511
Als laatste trein kwam de Ekol van de ÖBB voorbij. Deze trein was dan wel vol beladen maar reed met twee rode Taurussen. De ÖBB 1116 142 + 1116 119 komen voorbij Kolbnitz onderweg met trein 43511 uit Vratimov naar Triëste.
