Vișeu de Jos) is entering Leordina station, where is going to stop for a while to cross with fast train in the opposite direction, Județul Maramureș, Romania.

1 April 2025 – In Eforie Nord, a sea resort on the Black Sea coast, a Class 78 Malaxa does the R8389 Constanța – Mangalia service.

1 April 2025 - Looking like a toy train, an antediluvian Malaxa railcar is approaching Neptun, on the Romanian Black Sea coast. This is the Train R8389 Constanța – Mangalia. Built in 1940-1954, these railcars are still in service during the low season on the cost line south of Constanța in the direction of Bulgaria. This is probably the last service in Romania of these class 78 4-axle railcars, and perhaps the last year that they are in regular revenue service.

EN: IR 366 "Harghita" from Brașov to Budapest pulled by 64 1264 was just combined at Carei station with through vagons coming from Satu Mare pulled by 82 0160 as R 6821 and continuing towards Budapest with IR 366. Both locos are still on the train as was scheduled, although normally the train should have 6 carriages at this point.
DE: IR 366 "Harghita" von Brașov nach Budapest gezogen von 64 1264 wurde im Bahnhof Carei gerade mit den Kurswagen von R 6821 aus Satu Mare nach Budapest, gezogen von 82 0160, vereinigt. Beide Loks sind immer noch am Zug, was wohl planmäßig so war. Andererseits sollte der Zug ab Carei planmäßig auch aus 6 Wagen bestehen, so viel also dazu.

Few minutes after the morning fogs had disappeared, beautifully decorated 'Sulzer' 62 1095 with only one carriage left Leordina as local passenger train № 4652 (Sighetu Marmației - Vișeu de Jos). Probably there are last two months of those locomotives at this wonderful line...
