Juvenile osprey mustering up the courage to venture out of the nest
We observed several racoons walking close to a canal bank on May 27th.
As the sun began its descent, casting a warm, golden hue across the landscape, a raccoon emerged from the underbrush. With cautious curiosity, it padded down to the canal's edge. Its fur, illuminated by the fading light, glistened with a mix of earthy tones, blending seamlessly with the tranquil setting.
