سياسةدعا المغرب، جميع الدول، لاسيما تلك المدرجة في الملحق الثاني من معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية، إلى التصديق على المعاهدة قصد تحقيق عالميتها، مشيرا إلى أنه شارك بكيفية نشيطة في مسلسل المفاوضات المتعلقة بهذه المعاهدة، وكان أحد البلدان الأوائل التي وقعت وصادقت على المعاهدة.وأوضح السفير الممثل الدائم للمملكة لدى المنظمات الدولية بفيينا، عز الدين فرحان، أمس الجمعة، أن المغرب مقتنع بأن تعزيز تعددية الأطراف والتعاون الدولي يظلان عنصرين أساسيين من أجل تقديم إجابات شاملة وفعالة على التهديدات العالمية المتعلقة بالانتشار النووي.وقال أثناء تقديمه لإعلان المغرب خلال المؤتمر الوزاري للمادة الرابعة عشرة، الرامي إلى تسهيل دخول معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية حيز التنفيذ، إن المملكة، التي تظل ملتزمة بقوة بدخول هذه المعاهدة حيز التنفيذ، تتعهد بتقديم دعمها الموصول والثابت للجهود الدولية الهادفة إلى تعزيز هذه المعاهدة، وتعرب عن دعمها الكامل لمضمون الإعلان الختامي المعتمد خلال هذا المؤتمر.وأوضح أن هذا المؤتمر الوزاري يتزامن هذا العام مع الذكرى السنوية ال25 لفتح باب التوقيع على معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية، ويعقد عشية أشغال المؤتمر ال10 لاستعراض معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية.وتابع قوله إن الأمر يتعلق بـ”لحظة قوية لإعادة تأكيد التزاماتنا (الحاجة إلى دخول المعاهدة حيز التنفيذ)، ومراجعة الخطوات المتخذة وتقييم تطبيق آلية دولية مهمة بشأن نزع الأسلحة وعدم الانتشار”.وشدد

Greenpeace is urging the Indonesian government to drop their plans for nuclear energy and instead concentrate on enabling the rapid uptake of this region's abundant clean, safe, renewable energy resources.

Greenpeace is calling on the ASEAN to divert from the nuclear path it laid down in the Treaty of Bangkok and repeal the nuclear development provision in the ASEAN Energy Cooperation Plan for 2010-2015. It is also calling on the Japanese government to not restart any nuclear plants, and for a global phase out of inherently dangerous nuclear reactors.
