Joe's opened on February 22nd, 2017; it was originally Italian Delight, which opened in 1979 and closed in 2016. Suite 6329 was previously Fashion Exchange, which opened in August 1988 and closed in the mid 1990s; Italian Delight expanded into the space sometime afterward.
Sandwiches Vs. Subs opened on March 7th, 2020 and closed in 2021; it was previously Sherwood Florist, which opened in summer 1988. It became Constant Beauty & Barber Salon in 2012 and Boost Mobile in 2016, which closed in 2019.
Soul Bistro opened in January 2019 and closed in winter 2021; it was previously Jahnke Road Auto Parts. It became a Movie Time Video in summer 1985, Richmond Respiratory & Medical Supply in 1992, which relocated to 21 Granite Spring Road in 1994, Westlake Community Church in the late 1990s, Fine Wine and Cheese in the early 2000s, Queens International in 2004, and Krispy Krunchy Chicken/Tropicana Restaurant & Catering in the late 2000s, which closed in 2017.
