Avila Beach, near San Luis Obispo of Central California has a pier called Port San Luis Pier. Similar to some of the beaches in Central California, this pier has tons of seals in some seasons.
We were lucky to see many of them! Central California is underestimated in my opinion - there are lots of fun places to visit!
