A parking garage from the early 1920s!!

Yea page 380 of this 388-page PDF of a 1980 architectural survey says it's from circa 1921. The design of the openwork blocks looks mid-20c to me but who knows.

The parking garage is easy to see, thanks to the openness of the adjacent parking lot.
