Roe Deer (Capreolus capreolus), a female (doe) with tush - the tuft of hair, resembling a small tail, at the base of its rump patch. The tush lengthens during the winter and helps to distinguish females from males (bucks) after the bucks have cast their antlers. The white rump patch of does also tends to be somewhat heart-shaped, whereas in the bucks it is more kidney-shaped, though in the photos I've seen this doesn't seem to be very reliable as a distinguishing feature.
