Le temps qui passe (collégiale et prison, Melun, avril 2025)
Late afternoon in Melun (77), while going shopping, the collegiate church and the adjoining prison are aesthetically reflected in the water surface of the nearby Seine. These two historic buildings each have their own aesthetic: massive appearance and horizontal extension for the prison and narrowness and height for the collegiate church. The closeness between the two structures whose missions are so different, is a source of astonishment as well as a source of deep thought on the human condition and the human nature.
