A pawnshop!

I need VCRs and CDs and a diamond ring that looks like the one pictured. I do not care about any of the other merchandise. Especially the guns, yuck!

Doesn't the picture of the ring resemble a clothes dryer on a pallet! I bet there's a 9-square grid of concrete openwork hidden underneath it.
