749121 Radnice 190203

The sgraffito decoration was designed and largely implemented by Jan Koula, a professor of the Czech Technical University in Prague, in September and October 1910 as part of the renovation of the building. The sgraffito depicts: John of Luxembourg, Wenceslas II, Rudolf II, war and peace, law, justice, truth and the Pilsen coat of arms.
