This picture I made around 10 years ago during summer holidays with my family. I walked very early along the lake shore. When I saw this old couple comming out from the water after morning swimming for me it was the perfect imagination of love till death will do part. On the roof of NEMO, sipping on a cheap sugary slush puppy, green flavour.
The NEMO is a science museum for kids. Much more interestingly on it's cascading roof is something like the city-centre beach of Amsterdam. Entrance is free and they have deckchairs and little "river"! I wonder why it isn't completely overrun by tourists that are tired of walking.
The sign says "sunbathing area". It is not that we need to get told where we could have a sunbath, its more that we have people in our administration, that love signs.
So if you see a sign like this in Germany TAKE A SUNBATH! TAKE IT HERE! NOW! SIT DOWN! ENJOY LIFE!
