Having started its journey on southern metals, Cross Country 221133 hums towards Tipton Station and what would have been Owen Street Level Crossing. With such a busy line, the crossing was the bane of many a motorist until it was replaced (in 2010) by a relief road which took the road under the railway about 200m down the line towards Dudley Port. At the station, a subway for pedestrians was also provided at the same time.
The unit was working 1M46, the 1215 Southampton Central to Manchester Piccadilly.
