I've not been well in that pesky "Real Life" place lately. A combination of fibro pain and "bad brain" have left me sore, exhausted and at times exasperated.

I haven't been able to be with my in world friends as often as I would like.

Luckily I was able to make "Scary Story Time" at the BBK Library and Panda was more then happy to let me cuddle up with her so I could let go of the RL worries for a few hours as we listened to Cinder weave her tales of spooky, scary times in the funnest of ways.

Panda is a dear friend who seems to understand when my body/brain in RL let me down. She is more then happy to hang out when I am feeling able enough to come in world and I treasure that so much.

She is a wonderful confident, sage in advice, quick with a wry sense of humour and most important of all:

Thank you my friend for being so patient with me as the storms of stressors past batter me about at times. I love you very much and am so thankful to have you as my friend in both realms with a shoulder to lean on always at the ready.

My Katie whispered on late into the night and sashayed her way into my little burlesque club, "The Red Rum Revue" for a quiet visit with our family who had gathered there.

Soon though, it was just her and I upon my stage's historic "Round", dressed only as we were but dancing closely together, arms wrapped tightly around each other as the music started to play from the jukebox by the bar.

We exchanged sweet nothings, soft thoughts and gentle reassurances to each other as we stayed close together, just slowly swaying, softly kissing and just... being together,,,

Our time with each other may be limited by circumstances beyond our control Ms Parx, but our time together when it happens is magical and I feel "at home" so much with you.

The Katies got together again at last after a burlesque show at The Red Rum Revue. I had DJ'd a festival earlier in the day before dancing at my burlesque club. I was so happy, but oh so drained.

Ms Katie Parx was there for me to perform for her, and after the show by my side to chit chat with patrons and staff before we whisked away to my patio for some much needed quiet time together.

Lawd I love and adore her...

That pretty blonde Neko cuddled and cared for this tired ginger haired Fae in the best way - her way. :-)

We don;t get to see each other much, but when we do, the time we are apart disappears.

This is one of the 124 photos of 148 I had posted before that Flickr's servers ate for some unknown reason. A team of 6 took three days at Flickr to get them all back for me. I got the pictures which captured moments in my life, but sadly not the journal with them. At least I have the pictures and can try to put context back.

This was taken at the sadly now gone "Wintermoon" sim. It was my favourite by far in SL and was where I went to escape. Each time, I went there, I felt "pulled" to an area I hadn't seen before and always, always felt peaceful once there.

This spot was found by my friend Meghan. It was where Wintermoon had pulled her and after logged, I snapped this.

She is sadly gone from SL just like Wintermoon is now, but I still have her warm memories in that warm sim to make me smile and shed some tears.

Our Katie came back. She has had real life hit her like a tsunami and she can feel like she is drowning in it, but she swam back and we all threw ourselves into the water after her - all of her loves to lift our girl out of the turbulent waters and to the safety of our embrace, pulling to safe shores - to home.

I got to hold my pretty neko babygirl as she spoke of what had transpired. I squeezed tight as she rested on my soft shoulder and told me of the dark storms she has had to navigate...

She sailed through darkness with little light as the sights and sounds of fury as she was forced to navigate through hurt, through grief and through real pain, they hurt her...

I wish I could take all of her pain away so much...I wouldn't hesitate a second. No one in her family would.

All of her in world family...the one that now accepts me in as me and loves to love and be loved - just like Our Katie - came home or tuned in to tell her how they loved her, how they missed her, how glad they were she was with us...

Friends of the family came too as her influence with love is so very wide.

We all reassured her that she should never fear losing us for we know she can't change the weather she passed through, even if we all wanted it too.

We always want to sail with her. We wanted her to know we are safe harbour for her.

She meant to stay but briefly, but briefly turned to hours as we all cuddled close to her, sharing our love, expressing our joy and making sure she knows we are all there for her.

Now, in the quiet of the night, the pretty Neko and the Fae cuddle and embrace so that Katie keeps Katie warm.

Chance and I have become amazing friends. For AGES I have wanted to step out on friend date with her and FINALLY we got to!

We went to Fogbound because the music is good, the dance machines always updated and the place crowded enough that nobody knows us.

She wore the sweetest dress, so I wore the swankiest slacks and we just danced the night away.

Both of us have had experiences there with people who later didn't do right by either of us, so us, together there, rewrote over allll the bad as we made some good memories together.

Also I got to dip her. A lot ;-)

I love that I have my special pixel world back. I love even more that I have amazing people to share it with me.

When I get to DJ, time flies as we are all having fun, but in the end, time here is eternal. We never age, we get to be as our Mindseye shows us to be.

Tonight my Mindseye took my friends on a wild ride through some wonderful olde skool hip hop and dance music. My friends held on tight and all just rode in the flow together.

I missed being myself and being free in this world...

Life lately in my electronic world has been...wonderfully quiet...soooo quiet...serene even....

No drama queens, no dumpster fires wandering in to my life. No Narcissists, insecure gaslighters and women who can never let go. No, instead it's been people who act their age and most importantly:

People who love freely...

Many of them...

My dear Katie Parx is still away often and poor Cynthia can't be on for awhile due to RL, but I still get to speak to them through Discord and they love me simply and freely as I do them.

The Parx Family has been kind to me and although I am not one of them, they all accept me in and care for me as their partner/mother/grandmother Katie Parx is: loving people. Simply so as well. I know why she loves them so much.

My sister Toni and my Twin Felina have their own clan - the Starflares. They intertwine with the Parx family not only through me, but other ways as well. It's been good to just go flop on their couch in a cuddle and pile, be goofy, watch TV and just...be...

I have friends here who take care of their RL struggles outside in RL so they don't bring them here. I always have a shoulder for them and they for I as they are all mature, love SL and their friends and family in it openly, honestly, simply and most importantly - maturely

For three years I have been inundated with walking dumpster fires, narcissists, liars, deniers, schemers and some of the most insecure gas lighting people you never want to meet.

They are all gone now. The bad girls. GONE gone. Now? Now I wish and hope it is back to how I loved SL before: simply.

I get to be me again, DJ wildly, take photos everywhere, flirt like mad, explore SL with fun friends and run my little burlie club.

I get to sail my boat.

I get to sleep peacefully with Hobbes.

I get to love freely...simply...

I wish it would last....dear Goddess please let it last...I want this world to be my freedom once again and not a place of fear and hurt...it is too beautiful for that.

So here I am, with Hobbes as he is a very Brave and Handsome Tiger, on top of little pink and white tear drop camper, parked on the Parx estate and just...gazing at the stars above me in SL and wishing...

Bisou Bisou to all of you...

I have been spending time with Chance - my dearest Katie's eldest daughter - while our lovely Katie is away. Chance herself has a lovely daughter of her own - Charlotte.

I am not a member of the Parx family, but they sure go out of their way to take care of me as I push to take care of them until Katie Parx gets back.

Charlotte is an extremely dear girl so devoted to her mother and Nan. She's very polite, charming and sweet - a very good girl in the best of ways.

As you know, Chance often crashes over with me and it has been lovely. We care for each other as loving friends and now? Now I love that Charlotte feels welcome and comfortable enough around me to do the same.

Sont-ils ma famille ?
Non, Toni et Felina le sont – bel et bien. Mais Chance et Charlotte sont comme une famille POUR moi et pour la première fois depuis si longtemps, je me sens en sécurité et aimée...

We miss you Ms Katie Parx. We try to stay close as you want us to and we will all be here when you come back. Amy and Elsa included of course.

I love to love and love being loved. That simple.

Being able to me maternal is something I dearly missed.

P.S. Hobbes REALLY likes young Charlotte and snugs whenever he can with Chance. Tigers are always Brave and Handsome and Smart, so must be right things to do.

I know there's a lot of pics of Chance and I together in bed lately, but that's important - we are protecting each other.

Our Katie is away for reasons she beyond her control, so Chance and I take care of each other and wait for Our Katie to return.

It's taken both of us to fill in the roles for each other that one Katie Parx did.

We also keep each other grounded and feel loved because we do love each other.

Hobbes is of course being a "Very Brave and Handsome Tiger" between us. He makes sure we both are safe...he's also a cuddle slut ;-)

We are protected from the storm. We shelter in place until Our Katie returns...

When her sunshine comes back into our lives.

The cabin is our safe sanctuary and we need it so we can be close and caring in safety until that time.

Chance stopped in for the night to stay with me in my cabin at Turtle Mountain. A warm duvet and a hot Chance make for a rather cozy and safe place for the night that makes the snow storm outside seem miles away :-)

Two years ago I met a girl named Becca and we fell deeply in love.

Loved.

A year ago she ghosted me and took my real life bestie of ten plus years with her who ghosted me as well too. Until then, Becca and I had had the next thirty years of our lives planned.

Together.

Suddenly everything came apart including me. This picture is from our first date and when we both fell hard for each other. This pic was one of the 124 of 148 that Flickr's servers ate, but was rescued - just without the journal I tend to write with the pictures.

Alone.

She stole my heart and then my life...nearly ending it in the process, but at least, for awhile, I felt truly loved and was able to love another fully myself...at least, for awhile...

Fallen.

I'll never ever forgive you Becca Bae for what you did to me, but I have good memories of who you USED to be...Those I will cherish. Those I can almost smile at now. The tears still come freely though...

My burlesque club - The Red Rum Revue - had a successful and fun show Saturday night with an amazing turn out of faces new and those faces I love dearly and hadn't been able to see in some time...there was a very special familiar face in particular in the crowd...

Katie Parx, my beautiful Neko girlfriend, was back :-)

Katie, like me, has RL things which prevent her from being online when she wishes at times. Tonight though, she was able to clear the decks to watch Amy, Felina and myself perform. Amy just happens to be Pretty Katie's daughter. :-)

We pulled out all the stops...all three of us...and had a great time. So did Ms Parx!

After the show, when everyone had gone, my dear Katie was tired right out, but spent a precious amount of time just holding me to her...her fingers playing in my blonde locks, sitting cheek to cheek, kissing softly sometimes and sighing happily as we spoke occasionally in caring tones.

I missed my girl...It had been so long and was so wonderful to have her in my arms again and for me to be in hers. I had tears of happiness flowing in Real Life as well as a beaming smile to go with it.

Her and I have irregular schedules that we often can't dictate, but sometimes the stars will align and we are in each others arms again. We play it by ear.

We simply love each other and love being together when we can. No complications, just caring for each other when opportunity presents.

We love being loved and to be able to love.

We made tentative plans as we kissed, coddled and cuddled each other, plans we can do at an opportune chance to meet when the stars align again.

I love my beautiful, blonde haired Neko who simply loves me in the same way that I love and adore her.

Life is too short for complications of the heart and relationship. Luckily we share one big heart and are of relaxed means and moments with our relationship
