The magnificence that is Yr Wyddfa (otherwise known as Snowdon) as seen above some spikey rocks on Glyder Fawr.
In between the summit and the foreground rocks is the ridge of Crib y Ddysgl, with the massive buttress known as the Parsons Nose - Clogwyn y Person - just to the left of the secondary summit Garnedd Ugain. Beneath the Garnedd Ugain is the forbidding face of the Cwm Glas.
It's always good to see old friends again, and these mountains on a day like this were a joy to behold.
The stunningly beautiful Llyn y Dywarchen in North Wales at evening. This has to be my favourite lake as it is usually deserted apart from the odd fisherman. Our last evening in North Wales was spent here trying to capture the beautiful light. A long exposure shot to smooth out the water. Yr Wyddfa ( Snowdon) is the mountain in the middle.
