Essa bela corujinha vive em um cativeiro no Parque Ambiental Mangal das Garças em Belém do Pará. Esse parque recebe diversas espécies da fauna brasileira, geralmente encaminhados pelos institutos de meio ambiente quando o animal, por motivos específicos, não apresenta mais condições de sobreviverem em seu habitat natural.
This beautiful little owl lives in captivity at the Mangal das Garças Environmental Park. This park receives several species of Brazilian fauna, generally sent by environmental institutes when the animal, for specific reasons, is no longer able to survive in its natural habitat.
