It's been awhile since I last made a saurian mecha... Time to fix that. Droneuary is coming to its end, but I felt obliged to do my entry to it. So here it is!
All my saurian mechas are pretty much love letters to incredible style of Mechanekton's works, so check him out if you're still didn't for some reason.
I also wanted to post it on my birthday, January 23rd, but well... Here we are. Enjoy this as a gift to you, my followers: your likes and support is the thing that keep me going. ;)
Off I go, to my 22nd year... With MOCs to come!
Neolith corporation newest entry to the battlefield, Skorpiovenator uses heavy railgun weaponry to eliminate almost any armored vehicle it stands against. Main armament consists of a heavy railgun to deal with tanks, other heavily armored vehicles and even fortifications, and a lighter rapid-fire railgun to eliminate smaller vehicles and heavy infantry.
But to make enemy life even harder Skorpiovenator has numerous mine dispensers in its counterweight tail. Whatever this walker lacks in armor it more than makes up for in maneuverability and speed.
All this combined with advanced sensors makes this machine a very deadly presence on the battlefield.
As a smaller companion to Skorpiovenator, Tsaagan fills a smaller, but important scouting role. With smaller size it can go in places where its bigger brother just can't fit. Although fitted with a machine gun Tsaagan can certainly stand for itself, usually this agile machine avoids enemy fire at all usind its speed as a big advantage.
"65 million years ago, the dinosaurs suddenly became extinct. Possibly this extinction was caused by an asteroid colliding with Earth leading to global catastrophe. The dinosaurs and many other life forms were wiped out. This created a great opportunity for the mammals which had previously existed as small nocturnal animals in the shadow of the dinosaurs. With the dinosaurs gone, the mammals evolved explosively to fill the gap and this led eventually to man. But what would have happened if the dinosaurs had survived This model shows what the dinosaurs could have looked like if they had survived to the present day. Almost certainly they would have walked upright on two legs . . ."

Common wall lizard (genus Podarcis), male. Presumably the Catalan species liolepis, possibly subspecies cebennensis. Seen near the eastern French/Spanish border.
Catalaanse muurhagedis, mannetje.
Goed is te zien waarom deze hagedissen behoren tot de groep halskraaghagedissen.
Thanks for all your kind comments, they are much appreciated
Agile unmanned mechatank with advanced AI. It is supplied in two main layouts: a standard multi-purpose one and a more heavily armed one for combating infantry and lightly armored vehicles.
Built this around two or so years ago, greatly inspired by incredible models by Garry and Dane Erland's saurian mechas.

"S M E E E E E E E E !", shouted captain Iris Hook. "Do something to save me Ms. Smee!! This blasted ticking saurian wants the rest of me!! My hand wasn't enough for him! Don't let him get me Smee!! Save me! Save me Ms. Smee please please pleaaaase!"
Ms. Smee however was shaking and trembling in her boots and one could hear her teeth making a sound like a mad rattlesnake.
She couldn't watch the horrible scene and turned away. Plugged one ear since she hated the noise of explosions and .......... fired her gun. Hoping it would hit the tick-tock-croc.
