A number of European Starlings (Sturnus vulgaris) were observed flying and calling around the downtown area of Rockford, Illinois during the winter of 2024.
Went back hoping to get better images of the immature Harris's Sparrow in Boone County; sure hard to shoot through tree limbs but that's the only place I could get it was in the trees.
