There is still a dealership called Oxford Motors in Sacramento, but it's unclear whether it's the same business this frame came from. Lost in the 50s Cruise Night, Pasadena, MD, April 5, 2025.

In today’s world of electric, autonomous sameness, it’s more important than ever to embrace the soul of classic cars. They’re not the fastest. Not the most precise. But the style—bold curves and distinctive personality always stood out. Some say we should preserve them like museum pieces. But honestly, what better way to honor the past than by driving them?
This is my second go at a rusty/patina look—this time on a 1968 Dodge Charger C. The build came together pretty quickly. I used my blue '69 Charger model as a base, but changed the front grille and rear lights to match the '68 layout. Most of the effort went into the weathering to achieve the look I wanted—that balance between worn and still alive. Took a few iterations, but I think it landed right.
Hope you like the build. What do you think—preserve or drive?
