August 10, 2013 - The historic lower building (not visible) was formerly known as the Beggs Building which was designed by Miller & Reeves and completed in 1928. It has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1988. The taller building seen in this photo to the west was completed in 1998 and was designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates.
