As I was at the Herts & Essex Community Hospital , Bishops Stortford , Hertfordshire . I decided to to have lunch in their restaurant .
Today’s offering was Lancashire Hotpot , with either Cauliflower Cheese or French Beans . I choose the Cauliflower Cheese as I had the French Beans on my previous visit !

Having to go into town this morning to sort out some "Admin" work in connection with my Wife's recent Death .
I thought I would "fortify" my self with a good breakfast .
Archers Tea Room was the place to go , for one of their "Full English" Breakfast . Which you can see from the shot , was a good feed . The Toast and Coffee are out of shot !

For the first time in over Ten years , I decided to to cook a home made Toad in the Hole for our dinner .
The Sausages were from a Butcher , not a supermarket . The Batter was made with just Flour , three eggs , and milk . To which I added salt and pepper with some chopped onion when I poured it over the sausages, that I had previously cooked for 10 minutes, then 20 more in the oven after the pour .
We both thought it turned out rather well .

A visit to our local park , this day and a visit to the “Terrace Cafe” for Brunch .
The “Terrace Breakfast” was my choice , cooked to order . The first egg the chef cooked was not not to His liking , so He cooked me another one !
Everything else was spot on . Except I ordered a Black Americano Coffee , but was given an Espresso !

Sausage Hotpot was my choice . Made with Sausages , Baked Beans , onions and sliced potatoes . With some sliced Green Beans on the side .

As I was that end of Bishops Stortford this morning, a visit to Archers Tea Room and Bistro was made .
Their “Full English” Breakfast was my choice , cooked to order , with an extra item of Bubble & Squeak as well .
Washed down with my usual cup of Black Americano Coffee .
