The subject is a Nikon Zf with a Jupiter 8, shot using a Fujifilm GFX50S II with Canon LTM 50 f/1.4, at f1.4.
The Novoflex adapter cost more than twice that of the lens.
Incidentally, both the Jupiter 8 and Canon LTM 50 f/1.4 work very well on both the Nikon Zf and the Fujifilm GFX50S II.
