At the right, an ornamental arborvitae and a pair of utility pole guywires are bothering one another.

"I have never had a reason to shop at a fabric outlet," I remember Andy Rooney announcing sourly on TV, probably in the 1980s or 1990s. It was hilarious!

Yon dome has loomed o'er this scene since 1905. I wasn't born until 1927.
